Bunny assisted me. I paid $300 for a sample of a cream tube that was made with features I didn't request. When I asked for a new sample that meets my requirements, they want to charge me an extra $200 dollars. They refuse to let me speak with a superior to resolve this and provide me with my new sample at no extra cost. Also, when the tube was in the process, they stopped responding for several days. I demand that they resolve this issue promptly and provide me with my sample at no extra cost so that I can proceed with my full order and conclude the transaction. also this whole process has took months now...
